HR & Office Manager - Thane Office

We're hiring an HR & Office Manager to handle end-to-end hiring, employee management, and day-to-day office operations for our 30+ person team.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle the complete hiring process — sourcing, screening, interviews, and salary negotiations
  • Call prospective candidates, clients, leads, and vendors, and confidently speak about the business
  • Manage employee timesheets, schedules, leaves, and maintain all HR records
  • Handle official emails and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with basic finances and maintain Excel sheets
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your daily workflow
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed — the role is not limited to the above

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills — fluent English is a must
  • Good experience in understanding and using AI tools
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities

Work Schedule:

  • 📍 Location: Thane office (near Thane station)
  • 🗓️ 6 days/week (Sunday off)
  • ⏰ 10am-7pm
  • ⚠️ On-site mandatory
