DRIMS ALLY (“we”, “us”) runs drimsally.com and manages online stores and their advertising. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use a contact form, and the details and files you submit when you apply for a job.
- Team portal: staff who sign in to our team portal have their account details and work activity recorded so the portal can do its job.
- Comments on our ads and Pages: when you comment on a Facebook or Instagram post or ad belonging to a Page we manage, we receive your public name, the text of your comment, and when you posted it, through Meta’s official platform tools.
- Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or process your job application.
- To read, answer and moderate comments on our Pages and ads. Replies are posted publicly as the Page. Comments that are abusive or spam may be hidden.
- To keep our website and systems secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Automated tools
We use software, including AI services, to help sort comments and draft replies. The text of a comment may be sent to our AI service provider for this purpose only. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, database hosting, AI drafting services, and Meta (when we reply on its platforms). They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and comment records for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of what was said, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
How to request deletion of your data
Email mithun@drimsally.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us the name or account you commented or contacted us with. We will delete the information we hold about you within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You can also delete your own comment on Facebook or Instagram at any time, which removes it from the platform.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
